An Austin Powers theme was carried from the conference, into the gala dinner.

Stageworks Australia worked closely with Eventful by Tim Wearne to create a truly memorable experience for 450 delegates in Port Douglas recently.

The event was held over 5 days and included 5 different theme changes to promote various products, keeping the 60's-70's feel for the entire conference. The event encompassed the Glade space, the Ballroom the Country club and 12 concurrent breakout rooms were also used throughout the Sheraton Mirage and Radisson Treetops Resort. Stageworks not only designed and purpose built the set from CAD plan and incorporated a secret revolve into the conference set, but also supplied the audiovisual and conference equipment, themeing, technical expertise to ensure the event was a huge success.
