Sony Asia Pacific recently held its conference at the Cairns International Hotel in Cairns to launch its latest state of the art car audio sound systems. Stageworks not only provided the AV for the conference and themeing for the gala dinner, but also built all of the product stands and sets for the exhibition and staged the welcome cocktail party all onsite at the one venue. From plans and drawings supplied by Highflex Production out of Tokyo, Stageworks built, painted and applied the signage to over 20 exhibits.

The gala dinner theme for the group was "Forever Bond", a favourite theme with our clients. This theme concept is seductive and seriously engaging! Some highlights from the night included the arrival of 'James Bond' on a shiny red motorcycle, leather clad Bond babes dancing on stage throughout the evening and a variety of interactive games, which entertained the group. Creative table decorations, an inventive lighting design and lively performance band provided an atmosphere for guests to let their imaginations run wild.
